Use Uniform-Sized Boxes

Choose small, medium, and large moving boxes that are the same size. This simple trick makes stacking safer and more stable while maximizing vertical space inside your unit.

Create an Inventory List

Keep track of your stored items by numbering each box and creating a detailed inventory list. This way, you won’t have to dig through every container to find what you’re looking for.

Pack Vertically & Use Shelving

Think of your storage unit like a bookshelf. Pack items vertically to save room, and consider adding lightweight shelving units. This gives you easier access to boxes while preventing items from being crushed.

Clean & Prep Items for Storage
